Guido is the co-director and CEO at Harmonizer. According to Guido, striving for improvement every day moves us in the right direction. He is responsible for marketing and sales within Harmonizer. How do we position ourselves, what does the product look like, what features are needed, and what can we do for the customer? Guido tackles these kinds of questions.

Meet Jiri! Jiri is our consultant, making sure Harmonizer seamlessly integrates into your business. He ensures everything runs smoothly so that once it’s set up, you don’t have to think about it anymore. In short: Jiri makes your integration process effortless. With his knack for bridging technology and people, consultancy is a perfect fit for him. And in the long run? Jiri is working towards managing projects and leading a team of consultants.

Meet Tim! Once a greengrocer and newspaper delivery guy, now a full-time Junior Software Developer at Harmonizer—and we couldn’t be happier to have him on board!

We proudly present: our client Stedelijk Onderwijs from Antwerp. Stedelijk Onderwijs is one of the largest educational organizations in Flanders and is part of the officially subsidized education system. The organization forms a vast network of schools, academies, and centers spread across Antwerp. It stands for high-quality education for children as young as preschoolers up to 99-year-olds, offering all forms of education, including preschool education, adult education, arts education, and education for students with disabilities.

What does going passwordless mean? If you scratch the surface of the information “out-there”, it appears to be about SMS codes, Authenticator apps, links via trusted email accounts, etcetera. But if it were that simple, why are we not living the dream of a passwordless life? And what does this have to do with integrations, if anything at all?

Tall, big, director, CTO, former high-level basketball player, and fond of toasted bread with spinach and cheese: that's Thom in a nutshell. Also, or maybe because of that, Thom possesses two essential qualities that support his work at Harmonizer very well, which are listening and problem-solving. By listening well and asking questions, Thom knows how to get to the core of the client's request. And thanks to his problem-solving ability, he offers the client the right solution to their problem. If Thom succeeds and the client is satisfied, he sure is a very happy guy!

Apart from the fact that we at Harmonizer are thrilled by challenging integration issues, we are also particularly happy to work with clients who make the world a (much) better place. Mantelaar is exactly that kind of client. This organization has its heart in the right place. That’s why we’re grateful that we were able to help Mantelaar solve an important integration issue. Since April 2022, Martynas has been working here as a Developer three days a week. The combination of problem-solving, seeing the bigger picture, and working on the smallest details makes this job his favorite so far (thankfully!). Add daily Mario Kart lunches, great co-workers, and two pleasantly crazy bosses, and you know that you're in the right place.
